1. Agreement
By accessing Kitchen Metrics at hcm.mbstack.net, the mobile application, or related APIs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Kitchen Metrics is a business software platform for restaurant inventory, waste, sales, compliance reporting, and operational alerts. Access is provided to authorised users through accounts provisioned by your organisation or MB STACK.
3. Accounts & access
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
- You must not share accounts or access the service without authorisation.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the platform or API.
- Upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
- Reverse engineer or resell the service without written permission.
- Use the service in violation of applicable laws.
5. Data & accuracy
Operational data entered by your team (inventory, waste, sales, etc.) is your responsibility. Kitchen Metrics provides calculations and reports based on data you supply. We do not guarantee business outcomes.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may cause temporary downtime. The mobile app supports offline queuing where implemented.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, branding, software, and documentation are owned by MB STACK or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service according to your subscription or agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB STACK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, if any.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
